一、高溫高效過濾器過濾效率問題

使用的耐250℃紅色高溫矽膠（jiāo）與耐350-400℃黑色高溫無機膠因受膠水物理特性的影響（流動性太差），故250℃H13高溫高效過（guò）濾器實際過濾效率在H12-H13之間；350-400℃H13高溫高（gāo）效過濾器實際過濾效率在H11-H12之間。

二、高溫高效過濾器使用（yòng）前注意事項

因耐高溫高效過濾器（qì）所使用的有機矽膠及無機膠固化過程中都是從表麵往裏固化，注膠高度越厚，越難固化，正常情況下膠水固化時間為3-7天，如果未完全固化的高溫高效過濾器直（zhí）接裝入（rù）到高溫設（shè）備上正常使用，勢必會造成高（gāo）溫膠開裂、膨脹及膠水脫離外框等（děng）現象；針（zhēn）對以上問題，做如下兩點方案進行處理（lǐ）：

耐250℃耐高溫高效過濾器在（zài）高（gāo）溫設備內緩（huǎn）慢升溫至100℃，然後恒溫2小時後停機冷卻。
