無菌室裝（zhuāng）修的工作規程

1、無菌室滅（miè）菌。每次使用前開啟紫外線（xiàn）燈照射30min以上，或在使用前30min，對內外室用5%石炭（tàn）酸噴霧。
1 、 sterilization in asepsis room. Before each use open above UV lamp 30min, or prior to use 30min on the inside and outside room 5% carbolic spray.
2、用肥皂洗手後（hòu），把所需器材搬入外室；在外室換上已滅菌的工（gōng）作服、工作帽和工作（zuò）鞋，戴好口（kǒu）罩，然後用2%煤酚皂液將手浸洗2分鍾。

3、將各種（zhǒng）需用物品搬進內室清點、就位，用5%石（shí）炭酸在工作台麵（miàn）上方和操作員站位空間噴霧（wù），返回外室，5～10min後再進內室工作。

4、接種操作前，用70%酒精（jīng）棉球擦手；進行無菌操作時，動作要輕緩（huǎn），盡量減少空氣波動和地（dì）麵揚塵。

5、工作中應（yīng）注意安全（quán）。如遇棉（mián）塞著火，用手（shǒu）緊握或用濕布（bù）包裹熄滅，切勿用嘴吹（chuī），以免擴大燃燒；如遇有菌培養物灑落或（huò）打（dǎ）碎有菌容器（qì）時，應用浸潤（rùn）5%石炭酸的抹布包裹後，並用浸（jìn）潤5%石炭酸的抹（mò）布擦拭台麵或地麵（miàn），用酒精棉（mián）球擦手後再繼續操作。

6、工作結束，立即將（jiāng）台麵收拾（shí）幹淨，將不應在無菌室存放的物品和廢（fèi）棄物全部拿出無菌室後，對無菌室用5%石炭酸噴霧，或（huò）開紫外線燈照射30min。
