1、樣品的轉運和人員流動：分（fèn）配實驗（yàn）室區域，首先應考慮工（gōng）作流程、樣品的轉運和流轉、生物安全因（yīn）素等。

5、實驗台麵應防水，耐腐蝕、耐熱。實驗室邊（biān）台牆麵（miàn）和教師講台各配備兩組（zǔ）多（duō）功能插座，實驗操作台采用帶儲物櫃式（shì）的（de），台麵設計藥品架，桌台（tái）設計應考慮方便實驗操作，如桌台下（xià）方略凹（āo）能容納坐（zuò）姿實（shí）驗者（zhě）的雙腿，實驗桌台每隔1m左右（或者每組（zǔ）實驗台）設立兩組多功能插座等。實驗室中的家具應牢固，為易於清潔，各種家具和設備之間應保持一定（dìng）間隙，應有專門放置生物學廢（fèi）棄物容器的台（架）。
