內廊道:淨化車間設置在外圍，廊道設置在內部。

兩端式:一端設置（zhì）淨化區，另一端設置輔助室

本中（zhōng）心為:淨化區為中心，上下左右各設（shè）有輔（fǔ）助房間和遮陽（yáng）管道，可減少室外氣候（hòu）對淨化（huà）車間的影響。
