1. Indoor Water Supply Project
各係統試壓結果，壓力契合設計請求，無（wú）滲（shèn）漏。管道必需清洗，管道及支架(墩)不在凍土及朽土上。
The pressure test results of each system conform to the design requirements and there is no leakage. Pipelines must be cleaned. Pipelines and supports (piers) are not on permafrost or rotten soil.

合格：坡度的正負偏向不超越設計請（qǐng）求坡度（dù）值的（de）1/3，裝置橫平豎直，距牆、標高根本（běn）契合（hé）規（guī）則。
Qualification: The positive and negative deviation of the slope does not exceed 1/3 of the slope value requested by the design. The device is horizontal and vertical, and the distance from the wall and the elevation basically conforms to the rules.
優秀：坡度契（qì）合（hé）設計請求，並（bìng）平（píng）均分歧，距牆、標高契合（hé）規則（zé）。

合（hé）格：管螺（luó）紋加工精度（dù）契合國標《管螺紋》的（de）規則，螺紋清潔，規整，斷絲或缺絲不大於螺紋全扣絲的10%。銜接結實，根部有外露螺紋，鍍鋅管無焊（hàn）口，螺紋清潔、規整，運用（yòng）管件正確，鍍（dù）鋅管（guǎn）無焊接口。
Qualified: The processing accuracy of pipe thread conforms to the rules of national standard "pipe thread". The thread is clean and regular. The broken or missing thread is not more than 10% of the whole thread. The connection is firm, the root has exposed
threads, the galvanized pipe has no welds, the threads are clean and regular, the pipe fittings are used correctly, and the galvanized pipe has no welds.
優秀：在合格的根底上，螺紋無（wú）斷絲;鍍鋅管（guǎn）和管件的鍍鋅層（céng）無破損，外露螺紋防腐良好且無（wú）外露油麻等缺陷。

<2>法蘭（lán）接

合格：對接平行、嚴密，與管子中心（xīn）線垂直，螺杆顯露螺母;補墊材質契合設計（jì）請求和施工標準規則（zé）且無雙層，法蘭型號契合（hé）請求。
Qualified: parallel and tight butt, perpendicular to the center line of the pipe, screw exposed nuts; Material of pad conforms to design requirements and construction standard rules without double layers, flange type conforms to requirements.
優秀：在合格的根底上，螺母在同側，螺杆顯露螺（luó）母長度分歧，且不大於螺杆直徑的二分之一。
Excellent: On the qualified base, the nut is on the same side, the length of the nut is different, and it is not more than half of the diameter of the screw.
<3>焊接
<3> welding
合格：焊口平直度、焊縫增強麵契合施（shī）工（gōng）標準規則;焊口外表無燒穿;裂紋和明顯的結瘤、夾渣及氣孔等缺陷。
Qualification: weld flatness, weld reinforcement surface conform to the construction standard rules; weld appearance without burnout; cracks and obvious nodules, slag inclusion and porosity defects.
優秀：在合格的根底上（shàng），焊波（bō）平均分歧，焊縫外表無結瘤、夾渣（zhā）和氣孔。
Excellent: On the basis of eligibility, the welding waves are different on average, and there are no nodules, slag inclusions and blowhole on the surface of the weld.
<4>承接、套箍。

合格：接口構造和所用的填料（liào）契合設計請（qǐng）求和施工標準規則;灰口密實（shí）、豐滿，填料凹入承口邊緣不大於2mm，膠圈結口（kǒu）平直無扭曲;對口間（jiān）隙精確，運用管件正確。
Qualification: interface construction and fillers used conform to design requirements and construction standard rules; gray mouth is dense and plump, filler concave into the edge of the bearing is not more than 2 mm, the rubber ring joint is straight
and without distortion; the counterpart clearance is accurate, and the fittings are used correctly.
優秀：在合格的根底上，環縫隙間隙（xì）平均，灰口平整、潤滑，養護良好，膠圈結口回彈間隙契合施工標準規則。
Excellent: On the basis of qualified, the annular gap is average, the gray mouth is smooth, lubricated, and well maintained. The springback gap of the apron joint conforms to the construction standard rules.
(3)管道支架
(3) Pipeline support
合格（gé）：結構正確，埋設（shè）平正結實（shí），位（wèi）置合理，標高（gāo）間距契（qì）合規（guī）則。油漆品種和塗刷遍數契合設計請求;附著良好，無（wú）脫皮、起泡（pào）和漏（lòu）塗。

and leakage.
優秀：在合格的根底上，排列劃一，支架與管子接觸嚴密漆膜厚度平均，色澤分歧，無（wú）流淌及汙染現（xiàn）象。
